Bayview Waters is a 3-storey walkup surrounded by lush tropically landscaped gardens. Our fully self contained apartments offer affordable family accommodation and all have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Each apartment has 2 balconies with some ground floor apartments having garden courtyards. Each apartment has security intercom access and there is secure basement parking with keycode only access.

Situated on the corner of Bayview Street and Jennifer Avenue (formal address is 22 Jennifer Avenue), we are centrally located for access to all popular destinations including Surfers Paradise (15 mins drive), major theme parks, beaches, shopping centres, outlet shopping stores, numerous restaurants and bars and the Runaway Bay Super Sports Centre plus much more.

A local bus company services a stop right outside our door. It is a short walk to the Runaway Bay shopping centre, the Broadwater and sporting fields (5 mins). Free courtesy buses are available for transport to and from local clubs.
